Module 1
This has been an instructive activity as it has allowed me to 'play' with technology that I had not encoutered before. While creating an individual work space is not a priority for my ability to communicate, I can see that for students the individualisation is an important aspect of ownership.

I concur Kate. I think teaching students to be individualistic is an imporatnt lesson, especailly when we are asking them to be creative in an assessment task. This gets them writing reflectviely in a comfortable and casual medium.
ReplyDeleteWelcome aboard the web 2.0 express! Your comment about the importance of a student's ownership is a valid one. It may well have the effect of raising the standard of their work too as they realise how widely their efforts will be observed.
